5:00-7:00 p.m. Silent Auction Bidding in the Gym and Marketplace open in the Main Floor Hallway

7:00 p.m. Student Performance in the Commons

7:45 p.m. Winning bids posted in the Gym; Silent Auction check out

A few notes about the Silent Auction:

• Unlike years’ past, an Auction Booklet will not be distributed in advance (to save trees, money and time).  A spreadsheet of the 250 Silent Auction items is on view here for those of you who want to get a sneak preview.
• If you plan to bid on items in the Silent Auction, you must acquire a “bidder number” on the night of the event.  Families are encouraged to register for one bidder number.

• All proceeds go to Barton School Foundation.
